Registrations (Ghent)
Participants need to register upon arrival at the venue and collect their badges. We will organize registrations in the tent located in the garden of Sint-Pietersplein 5-6-7 (entrance via Tweekerkenstraat 2). Registrations open at 15:00 on Tuesday June 30th, with the Opening Ceremony starting at 16:30 in the nearby aud. Quetelet. Please allow for enough time to pick up your badge prior to the Opening Ceremony. This will not only allow for a smooth start of the conference, but also for plenty of time to catch up with your EE colleagues and friends from across Europe (and beyond).
If you arrive late in Ghent, you can collect your badge in the information booth called “Socioruimte”, and this between 8:30 and 17:00 on Wednesday, and from 9:00 onwards on Thursday and Friday.
Participants should wear their badges at all times during the conference – or, at least during all breaks and social events (to get served)!
