Register!
1. Presenters and OSS/CSS organisers
IMPORTANT: Registrations are currently only available for presenting authors of accepted Extended Abstracts and OSS/CSS organisers. ESEE2026 participants that fall into either of these categories, and have not yet registered for the conference have received a personal registration link (via ConfTool) on April 9th to complete their registrations. They should register by May 1st (23:59 CET) for their presentations to be included in the final ESEE2026 programme.
If you fall into the priority group and have not received a registration link, do send an email to info[at]esee2026ghent.be to verify your status.
2. Non-presenters
Due to capacity limitations we are unable to allow for additional non-presenting conference attendees at the moment.
Registrations from non-priority participants made at this point will be cancelled.
After the May 1st deadline, additional non-presenter tickets may become available, subject to capacity. Do send an email to info[at]esee2026ghent.be to receive updates on ticket availability for non-presenters for ESEE2026.
