IMPORTANT: at this time, only participants with accepted Extended Abstracts as a presenter (!) or (co-)organisers of accepted Open Special Subtracks or Closed Special Sessions can register.
Early fees apply until April 1st (23:59 CET).
Registration Tracks
We use separate registration tracks for presenters, Open Special Subtrack / Closed Special Session organisers, and non-presenting participants. This approach prioritizes presenter participation and ensures we stay within our venue’s capacity limits.
Non-Presenter Ticket Availability:
- First batch (available from March 2nd): Expired
- Second batch: Opens after May 1st, once all presenters have registered
For Non-Presenting Participants (tickets currently unavailable)
If are not the presenter of an accepted Extended Abstract (but rather a co-author of such an Abstract), or not an organiser of Open Special Subtrack presentation, or Closed Special Session at ESEE2026 and wish to attend as a non-presenter, tickets are currently unavailable.

For Presenters & OSS/CSS Organisers
If – and only if – you have an accepted Extended Abstract for presentation (= you are the presenting author), or if you are an organiser or co-organiser of an accepted Open Special Subtrack or Closed Special Session at ESEE2026, you can register via the link below:
Important: Presenters must register before May 1st for their presentations to be included in the final programme.
