ESEE2026

Student Get-Together

The ESEE2026 Student Get-Together creates an informal space for you to connect with fellow students. Our goal is to give you a warm welcome and help you meet people with similar interests. To do this, we organise some relaxed activities where the group configurations and discussion topics switch naturally, helping to break the ice.

Students participating in the ESEE2026 conference can register here for the Student Get-Together. The event takes place on Tuesday June 30th between 9:00 (starting with coffee and a joint breakfast) and 12:00 in a venue close to the conference building.

The event is jointly organised by Ghent University students in the ESEE2026 LOC and the student representatives in the ESEE Board.
