Fee Structure

The fee structure for ESEE2026 is as follows:

ESEE students (PhD, MSc or BSc students)	200€	250€	300€
Non-ESEE students (PhD, MSc or BSc students)	250€	300€	350€

Note that fees include full participation to the conference, all lunches and coffee breaks, and participation in both the Welcome Reception (Tuesday evening June 30) and the Conference Dinner (Thursday evening July 2).

During registration we will ask for your (preliminary) plans in terms of attendance, and we will come back to this in June. All food served during ESEE2026 will be vegan, and we try to avoid food waste as much as possible.
