Note that fees include full participation<\/strong> to the conference, all lunches and coffee breaks, and participation in both the Welcome Reception<\/strong> (Tuesday evening June 30) and the Conference Dinner<\/strong> (Thursday evening July 2). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During registration we will ask for your (preliminary) plans in terms of attendance<\/strong>, and we will come back to this in June. All food served during ESEE2026 will be vegan, and we try to avoid food waste as much as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
