When will the full ESEE2026 programme be available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We will start building the full ESEE2026 programme early May, when all presenters should have registered for the conference. At that point, we will know how many presentations we need to include, so that we can have balanced 90′ sessions with equal numbers of presentations (4 or 5 probably). We aim to make the full programme available by mid-May.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to submit a full paper prior to ESEE2026?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No, your Extended Abstract is all that is needed. Just prepare a presentation of your research and bring it with you to the conference. More instructions on how to share your presentation will follow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will ESEE2026 be open to non-presenting participants?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes, we will have limited tickets for non-presenting conference participants as of March 2nd. Once the deadline for registrations for presenters has passed (May 1st), more tickets for non-presenting participants will become available should that be necessary. The main aim is to not overshoot the venue’s capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will there be childcare facilities during ESEE2026?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We contacted the childcare facilities at our University, and they are open to discuss childcare opportunities with ESEE2026 participants should this question arise. Feel free to reach out to kinderopvang@ugent.be<\/span> to check what options they have available, and make sure to mention in your request that you are coming to Ghent to attend ESEE2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I present remotely at ESEE2026?<\/span><\/div><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No, ESEE2026 is a fully in-person conference. We will not accommodate online presentations, nor will we livestream sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will ESEE2026 have conference proceedings?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No, we will not publish conference proceedings. Short and Extended Abstracts will be shared between participants via the ConfTool website and app. Once the final programme is available, participants will get access to all Abstracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
